finals crazy over a week ago. most of my results are out. it’s pretty crazy how we can take off immediately after exams, it’s so different from singapore, where we still have classes and school after our exams.
i can’t believe i forgot to collect my i20 from the international office. i was gonna stay at bingshao’s apartment until monday to collect it, but his apartment had cockroaches and i got absolutely terrified, so i took the train to my sister’s instead. much cleaner and livable hahahaha.
haven’t woken up before 2 the past few days at all. badly catching up on all the sleep that i’ve given up during finals period. i was kinda excited to fly home today, and heathrow is not cooperating so my transfer flight to there got canceled. so now i have to leave on christmas day instead. can you imagine.. christmas day in a plane! i hope santa comes to the airport at least. that would be kinda cool.
just went to the christmas village in philly, it’s pretty cute and interesting. the coolest and weirdest stuff are sold there. and it feels very christmas-y that it makes me happy. and there were this family with 2 little kids who were so cute and having so much fun, i pretty much just walked behind them and followed them for five minutes.
i really can’t wait to be back. looking forward to very awesome sunny weather, and only needing to wear one layer of clothing instead of three. i am excited. i hope sanfranciso doesn’t have a snowstorm and destroy my travel plans ><
